ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

 

ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS

1. Log your return using our by visiting www.roddandgunn.com/pages/log-your-return

2. Complete the returns form printed on the back of your packing slip with your return details.

3. Securely package your item(s), ensuring your original packing slip is included.

4. Email customerservice@roddandgunn.com with your return Tracking Number & the Courier Company name you have used to return the item(s).

5. Send your return item(s) back to our Distribution Center** - the return address for our Distribution Center will be emailed to you once you have logged your return via our online portal.

6. Once your item/s have been received and have passed our inspection, you will receive an email notification advising that your refund has been processed.

    **The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by Rodd & Gunn.
    Rodd & Gunn is not liable for any return parcels lost in transit.

    Rodd & Gunn guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within two years of the original purchase date.
    All instore returns/exchanges in accordance with this policy for purchases paid for by cash require a government-issued photo ID.
